You WILL love it, and you WILL be busy!

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya! Your adventure begins with an overnight stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Nairobi, getting a good night’s sleep after the long journey,  then eating a full breakfast, before setting out for an enriching journey ahead. If you arrive earliy enough and time allows, you can choose to visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to meet the baby elephants, explore the Giraffe Center for an up-close encounter with these gentle giants, or visit the Karen Blixen Museum to dive into the history and culture of the area.

Day 2: Ol Pejeta Conservancy

We’ll leave immediately after breakfast to arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy for lunch, staying at the Serena Sweetwaters Lodge. Ol Pejeta is renowned for its innovative conservation efforts and is home to the last two northern white rhinos. Your stay here includes a thrilling night drive, offering a rare chance to spot nocturnal wildlife under the starry African sky.

Ol Pejeta is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, and home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos. It is the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees, in a sanctuary established to rehabilitate animals rescued from the black market. It has some of the highest predator densities in Kenya, and still manages a very successful livestock program.

Day 3: Ol Pejeta Conservancy

We spend another day at Ol Pejeta, diving deeper into this remarkable conservancy. Between game drives, visiting the chimp sanctuary and rhinos, we’ll do several site visits to get to know the unique offerings of the small and large camps of Ol Pejeta.

We have the opportunity to visit and lunch at several remarkable lodges enroute to Lake Nukuru.

Day 5: Masai Mara National Reserve

Arrive at the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, staying at Sopa Lodge. The Masai Mara is famous for its abundant wildlife and is one of the best places to witness the Big Five. During the months of July and August this is where you’ll find the Wildesbeest migration in full force.
