We deeply value our industry partners and are committed to fairly compensating the efforts you put into working with us. Our referral program is designed to be straightforward and rewarding. All companies or advisors begin with a 10% referral fee, paid upon the commencement of the safari. For every two client safaris you book and execute, your commission increases by 1%, on a rolling 12-month basis, up to a maximum of 18%.

Here’s how it works:

  • After booking your first two client safaris, the next two will earn you an 11% commission.
  • This pattern continues, with each subsequent two safaris increasing your commission by 1% until you reach 18%.
  • At the time of deposit, we will review your bookings from the past 12 months to determine the percentage you will be paid at the safari’s commencement.
  • If any clients cancel they will be removed from your bookings and commissions will adjust down.

You have the flexibility to choose whether this program applies on a per-advisor or per-office basis. Any licensed travel agency, independent travel advisor, or travel professional can apply to become a referral partner. We welcome partnerships from around the globe.

3. How do I enroll in the referral program?

You will need to provide basic information about your business, including your tax identification number and preferred payment details. Once you’ve submitted the form, our team will review your application and get back to you with next steps.

4. How does the commission structure work?

8. How do I track my referral performance and commission rate?

You will receive monthly updates from our team, including booking confirmations and commission status. Additionally, you can request an update at any time by contacting our partner support team. We will review your past 12 months of bookings when calculating your commission at the time of client deposits.

Our group safaris are led by .Karen Cleveland, an animal communication expert and long-time mindfulness and meditation teacher.  So these group safaris are not just a drive out to see animals, they are meaningful and transformational experiences in which people connect deeply with the animals, the land, and the people, followed by rich discussions and personal reflection time as needed. People do not come home from a group tour the same as they left, things shift inside.

13. Can I earn higher commissions if I exceed the 18% cap?

The maximum commission rate in our referral program is 18%. This cap is in place to ensure sustainability for our operations while providing generous rewards for our partners. We are always open to discussing additional incentives or customized arrangements for top-performing partners on a case-by-case basis.
